AbacusConsulting’s BPO Division has recently acquired ISO-27001Certification which has added significant value to its operational activities and would provide sustainable competitive advantage over a large number of BPOs in the region. Implementation of information security management system has enabled the BPO Division to address all information and data security related concerns of the foreign and domestic clients.
