Pakistan Software House Association (PASHA) and Pakistan Software Export Board organized a conference, “Driving Operational Efficiencies in Lean Times”.
The BPO Conference took a look at how financial institutions, telecom companies and other organizations can increase their operational efficiencies during these lean times.
AbacusConsulting, along with TRG, Ovex Technologies and CATCOS sponsored the organization.
Mr. Abbas Ali Khan, speaking on the occasion, said that worldwide outsourcing has grown in 2008 compared to 2007, despite the worldwide recession. He further added that for a successful outsourcing relationship, the three most critical elements are defining objectives, partner selection and managing risk.
