AbacusConsulting, kicked off SAP Implementation at Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited. (FFBL), the only fertilizer complex in Pakistan producing DAP fertilizer and Granular Urea and meeting 40% of the demand of DAP and 13% of Urea in domestic market, with annual sales of over Rs. 26.8 Billion.
The new system will allow FFBL to integrate its Finance, Accounting, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production & Planning, Plant Life Cycle Management, Quality Management, Project Systems, Human Capital Management and Business Intelligence, functions, allowing it to streamline operations and improve on efficiency significantly.
