A SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution implemented by AbacusConsulting has gone live today at Landi Renzo. The new system will allow Landi Renzo to integrate its back office, sales and manufacturing units, allowing it to streamline operations and improve on efficiency significantly.
“At Landi Renzo, we want to leverage on technology such as this new ERP system to build upon our core strength of delivering quality products and customer service to the LPG and CNG markets,” said Mr. Mohsin Ali Khan, CEO of Landi Renzo Pakistan as he inaugurated the SAP Go-Live event at the company’s manufacturing facility located in S.I.T.E, Karachi.
The SAP ERP system, based on the ECC 5.0 solution, covers the areas of Financial, Materials Management, Production Planning, Sales & Distribution and Quality Management. It was deployed across Landi Renzo’s offices in Pakistan within the projected six months and estimated budget.
According to AbacusConsulting, Landi Renzo selected the SAP solution as it was well suited to handle the company’s local and foreign business requirements. The system is also readily scalable and can be easily upgraded in line with the company’s expansion plans.
