Employee Capacity Building Program
Employee First theory has proved to be revolutionary for organizations worldwide. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division at Abacus has integrated the employee- management relationships through a creative approach. The latest infrastructural development at BPO division leads to the introduction of the huddle room. The facet of this is to create an ambiance which will lead to effective team bonding, recognition, promotion and transformation in line with organization’s mission and values.
The purpose of this initiative is to develop leadership skills and to enhance employee competence. Mr. Sufyan Saqib, (AM Operations) is leading this ongoing leadership program by the name of ‘Talent Pool Unit’, where employees from various tiers of the hierarchy (Point Persons, Acting Team Leads, Team Leads & Management Associates) are trained on a range of skill set.
The huddle room was inaugurated on Friday, 22nd March 2013 by Mr. Shaheryar Rafiq (Vice President Outsourcing), Mr. Naqash Butt ( Sr. Manager Operations), Mr. Adeel Ahmad ( Telenor OSP Executive), Mr. Basit Rehman ( Telenor OSP Executive), Sobia Zahid ( Telenor CCD QA) and Faisal Khan (Telenor CCD QA).
