Compensation & Benefits

Through our strategic alliance on an exclusive basis for Pakistan with Mercer, we help our clients in assessing the market trends in compensation and benefits, through a detailed analysis of market data customized according to the requirements of the client through Mercer's proprietary technology employed in the Total Remuneration Survey . We offer two types of surveys to our clients: the all industry survey (TRS), where all companies share data and get access to Mercer's data mining tool, PayMonitor, and can analyze their companies standing with all industries data for generic positions; and a client sponsored survey where the client wants a quick comparison of select benchmark positions with a limited group of companies.

We employ a systematic approach of conducting Job Evaluations through Mercer's International Position Evaluation (IPE) tool, and linking the resulting grading structure with external benchmarks obtained through the Total Remuneration Survey (TRS). TRS encompasses the collection and reporting of compensation and benefits data of up to 200 benchmark positions. It is the Mercer standard that is conducted in more than 60 countries globally. TRS is the market leading solution that utilizes the most advanced and flexible data analysis tools that include:

  • The International Position Evaluation System (IPE): A proprietary tool that carries out role evaluation through an analytical approach based on a point-rating system resulting in a comprehensive and exhaustive understanding of each job in the organization.
