Forms Processing

Information on a paper form is of little use until it is converted into an electronic format and acted upon. We capture data from all types of handwritten and typed forms accurately, rapidly and cost-effectively.

Forms processing involves extracting information from structured or customized forms, faxes and scanned images and updating it on a range of outputs. At AbacusConsulting BPO, we regularly process surveys, questionnaires and application forms.

We can handle both structured (well formatted forms in tabular/column designs with boxes to fill in details, such as coupons) and non-structured versions (such as survey questionnaires or survey forms) of forms processing.

Process: Form Processing

  • The forms are mostly electronically transmitted. These are scanned and are made available at clients or AbacusConsulting BPO 's secure FTP server, from where we download these images for onward processing.
  • The images are then loaded into the customized software.
  • Depending on the requirements, a data base is created and the fields added are as per the needs of the client.
  • The data in the database is verified and quality checked before being dispatched.
