Typical Projects: Litigation Support / Legal Research Services

Here are some the projects our specially trained staff can handle for you:

• We can create a database of documents and bates stamp them, differentiating between documents produced by your client, documents produced by other parties to the litigation and documents produced by third parties. The database is in Microsoft Access, permitting quick and easy access to every document and total control over the entire discovery process. We can customize the database in manner desired by our client. We can process documents in any format that are scanned and uploaded to our secure .ftp site. Alternatively, hard copies of documents can be shipped to us and we can scan them, convert them to any format, and either ship back the hard copies, or upload electronic copies to our .ftp site where they can be downloaded by our clients, or both.
• We can respond to document requests, selecting documents from the database that are responsive, giving those documents a unique bates number, and placing them all in a folder that can be produced to the requesting party, in either hard copy or on a disk.
• We can review the documents produced by any party and advise you which documents or categories of documents were not produced. Our work includes cross-referencing documents, so that we can determine if documents referred to in any other document were produced.
• We can input data of any kind onto an Excel spreadsheet, permitting easy manipulation of that data.
• We can prepare production quality charts of any kind or description for use at trial or at depositions. We can also prepare almost any other demonstrative chart you may require.
• We can prepare an effective and professionally designed, PowerPoint for your opening and closing statements.
