Outbound Contact Center for Microensure Goes Live

In continuity with the Company’s philosophy of enhancing relations with existing clients, Abacus has moved forward with signing Outbound Contact Center for Microensure from Telenor Pakistan.

Microensure is an insurance product designed for Telenor’s customers through which they obtain Life Insurance of up to Rupees one hundred thousand, based upon their mobile usage. The project is another step in the Company’s vision of establishing a strong foothold in the local and international outsourcing industry.
