Hardees Call Center Goes Live
The call center for Hardees, operated by Abacus, has gone live.
In the initial stage, Abacus will be responsible for complaint handling and responding to queries through inbound contact center. Second phase will comprise of home delivery through inbound calls and sales of event reservations through outbound calls.
Negotiations with Hardees for further expansion are underway and launch date of phase two will be finalized soon.
