Expansion of Telenor Contact Center for Outbound Services

Based on the outstanding performance of Customer Relation Officers at AbacusConsulting’s contact center, we have been able to secure an expansion from the client in Outbound Sales division of Telenor Financial Services. We have added an additional 150 seats on Financial Services Khushal campaign. This expansion is a step forward and in line with the philosophy of acquiring additional business from existing clients and a further expansion in business is expected in near future.
