CFL Campaign gets Expansion Go-ahead

Mr. Lars Christian Iuel (CEO Telenor Pakistan) along with the high dignitaries from Telenor visited Abacus Global Deliver Center on the 21st of May, 2013 to officially announce the expansion of the Closed Feedback Loop (CFL) campaign.

Telenor implemented the philosophy of Net Promoter Score through a process known as Closed Feedback Loop (CFL) which was deployed in eleven business units of Telenor Group worldwide. Abacus being the top quality provider was preferred over other outsourcing partners for this particular project. The pilot run was lead by Mr. Shahmir Sultan (AM Operations) under the close supervision of Mr. Toqeer Bhatti (Team Lead/ CFL Coach). Abacus BPO was the first unit to successfully complete the pilot run.

 Today, over 130 Customer Relation Officers (CRO’s) have been deployed on this project delivering quality services on regular basis.
