AbacusConsulting in collaboration with Mercer conducted the Mercer/Abacus All Industry TRS 2016 - Post Survey Session at Pearl Continental, Bhurban. The 12th Annual Mercer/Abacus All Industry Survey published through Mercer Win includes 143 participant companies and data for around 66,000 incumbents across all industries in Pakistan.
The event was a post survey meeting to present findings of the TRS 2016, and was attended by delegates from various client organizations. The day long informative session is comprised of insightful industry survey findings, comparison between different industries, benefits prevalence and Mercer Win training at the end. The TRS 2016 findings facilitate companies with a comprehensive understanding of compensation and rewards in order to design more aligned and effective compensation packages, thereby favorably impact employee retention and attract better talent. In addition to this, through this survey, companies will be able to benchmark local and global organizations in more than 120 different markets and receive all industry or industry specific results.
