Abacus and Mercer conducted the 10th Annual All Industry TRS Post Survey Meeting

AbacusConsulting in collaboration with Mercer, organized the TRS-2014 post survey meeting, celebrating the 10th publication of the annual All Industry Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) in Pakistan. The event was held on October 16th, 2014 at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi.

AbacusConsulting has been successfully providing winning talent solutions, through Mercer’s state of the art analytical tools for the past 10 years. Over the years, Abacus has facilitated and advised various organizations across industries in areas such as organizational development, talent management, reward programs, employee engagement, position analysis and evaluation etc. It now celebrates a significant milestone this year as the 10th annual TRS report is conducted by Abacus and Mercer. The report includes 140 participants and data for more than 48,000 incumbents all across various industries.

The event was a post survey meeting to present findings of the TRS 2014 and was attended by delegates from various organizations. On the occasion, Ms. Fatima Asad Said, Executive Director Human Capital Excellence at AbacusConsulting said, “The survey presents a comprehensive remuneration analysis on more than 700 unique positions and would allow the clients to customize their comparisons based on a select group of companies. With the TRS findings, companies would be able to calibrate their own rewards not only to increase retention but to attract the best talent”.
